We provide professional photography and media services including:

• Real estate photography

• Virtual tours with detailed floor plans and millimeter-accurate measurements

• Video tours and promotional videos

• Drone photography and videography (Part 107 licensed)

• Headshots and professional photography

• Self-tape auditions and model/actor reels

• Various other forms of photography/videography including but not limited to: Events, Products, Films, etc.

• We retain the right to use completed work for our own marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Clients may not resell, redistribute, or license our work to third parties without written permission

Client Content

By providing us with content, images, or information, you grant us a license to use such materials solely for the purpose of providing our services.

 

6. PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS 

Pricing Structure

• Service packages start at $300 and may range up to $5,000-$10,000 depending on project scope, property size, location, and specific requirements

• Final pricing is determined through consultation and provided in written estimates

• Pricing may vary based on travel distance, complexity, and timeline requirements

Payment Terms

• Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement

• We accept various payment methods as specified in individual contracts

• Late payments may incur additional fees

• Services may be suspended for overdue accounts

Estimates & Quotes

• All pricing displayed on our website is for general reference only

• Actual quotes will be provided based on specific project requirements

7. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before scheduled service: Full refund of any deposits

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee may apply

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full payment may be required

Refund Policy

• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis

• Technical issues or service failures will be addressed through re-shoots or service credits

• Minor revisions under $50 may be provided to maintain client relationships

• Dissatisfaction with final product does not automatically qualify for refunds if services were delivered as contracted

 

8. SERVICE DELIVERY & TURNAROUND

Digital Delivery

• Photos and virtual tours: 1-3 business days

• Video content: 2 days to 2 months depending on complexity

• Files delivered via secure digital platforms (Dropbox, WeTransfer, etc.)

• Multiple backup systems ensure data security

Quality Assurance

• All work follows consistent techniques and professional standards

• Minor revisions may be accommodated to ensure client satisfaction

• Final deliverables will match specifications outlined in service agreements

 

9. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS & DISCLAIMERS

Service Disclaimers

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those specified in individual contracts

• We are not responsible for property access issues, weather delays, or circumstances beyond our control

• Property addresses and details may be publicly available through MLS listings

Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services

• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

• Equipment malfunctions or technical failures will be addressed through re-scheduling or alternative solutions

Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for property access, safety conditions, and accurate project information

• Any special requirements or restrictions must be communicated in advance

 

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

• Initial disputes should be addressed through direct communication

• Mediation may be required before pursuing legal action

• Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the appropriate courts of Orange County, California
