As the sole owner and certified Part 107 drone pilot behind A K Productions, I personally oversee every project—ensuring the consistent quality and attention to detail that has become our signature. Operating throughout Orange County and beyond, from San Clemente to Ventura and inland to San Bernardino, we bring professional expertise to every property we capture.

Austin Keiser-
Owner/Photographer
Born with an eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling, I discovered my love for aerial photography at just 13 years old, piloting drones and capturing the world from above. This early fascination evolved when a college connection introduced me to real estate photography, revealing my true calling.

What began as a partnership quickly transformed into A K Productions, my solo venture serving Southern California's real estate market. From Orange County to Ventura and beyond, I've spent the last four years perfecting the art of showcasing properties through compelling photography, immersive virtual tours, and cinematic drone footage.

Hi! I’m Chloe Cobb, and moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. I currently attend AMDA LA. I’ve lived across the country & abroad as a daughter of a marine officer, but California feels like home. I bring a background in customer service and personal assisting to my role here, for which I have great passion.
RJ Cortana-
Social Media Specialist
My name is Rj Cortana, originally from Boston MA, I moved out to Los Angeles by myself at 20 years old to pursue my acting career in full. Now at 23 years old I’ve starred in various short films, feature films, and staged plays. I’ve also found myself working with a phenomenal nonprofit called Greener Way Associates which has helped me develop skills I didn’t know I had and improve those which I need.
